ROCK CLIMBING
| Rock climbing is growing rapidly and is wide open
to exploration and new
routes. World-class rock walls are available for first ascents. The Torre
de Parón, also known as The Sphinx, is one of the most frequented places.
The walls of Monterrey, near Huaraz, are a perfect place for beginners.
Any technical equipment (harness, rope, carabiners, helmets etc.) can be hired. |
