This is a nice walk up the Honda valley to Quebrada Juitush. Even though a new dirt road has been constructed here, it is still a great hike with some very interesting side trips and with magnificent views of the mountains (Copa, Urus, Akilpo and Tocllaraju). Farm land an green meadows offer great camp sites. Locals are very friendly and eager to have a chat with you. The pass gives you a good chance to see condors. Chacas is still an unspoiled picturesque mountain village.
